The battle aug crates (points are accumulated after battles) only give 1 aug per crate. Other crates from events, Invader rewards, or the store can contain more augs, however, battle aug crates only ever give 1 augmentation.

If a Battle Crate shows more than one given aug, this is likely an issue of showing a previously claimed aug.
